- Development and implementation of strategies for business development and market entry
- Identification of new customers, markets and partnerships, as well as the development of long-term business relationships
- Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive environments to identify and exploit opportunities
- Involvement in the definition and implementation of our sales and growth strategies
- Preparing and delivering presentations, pitches and contract negotiations
- Working closely with product development, marketing and sales teams to optimally serve customer needs
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs to evaluate business success
- A degree in economics, business administration, engineering or comparable experience.
- Several years of experience in business development, sales or consulting, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
- Proven success in building customer relationships and developing new business areas.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with assertiveness.
- A high degree of initiative, flexibility and ability to work in a team.
- Very good language skills in German and English
